Hi! My name is Lara.

I'm a Master Storyteller.

I'm an award winning television producer, freelance writer and Reiki level II attuned empath who loves nature, photography, and digital creation.

I’ve spent more than a decade shooting stories around the world for channels like Discovery Channel, HGTV and the CBC as well as for outlets such as The Toronto Star, Elle Canada and US Weekly. I’ve also collaborated with international brands such as Volvo, the NFL, Royal Caribbean, Hyundai, the European Space Agency and Air France (just to name a few.) I even helped to win an Oscar for a film studio!

As someone who has spent her career creating award-winning content for broadcast television, online media, and print, I’m now helping business owners unlock their own unique stories which I love more than anything. If you’ve been dreaming of creating a podcast or YouTube channel, or love the idea of increasing your visibility and being featured as a guest speaker, but are terrified of being in front of a camera, I’ve been where you are!
